Bomberman VB
A freeware BomberMan Clone that expands its features past HudsonSoft´s SNES Bombermans. It allows up to 4 players to play hot seat, and up to 7 computer opponents. It´s a great game to pick up for a quick skirmish, or you can immerse yourself in it´s easy-to-use editors to make maps, tilesets, skins and your own music libraries.
Lettris
Lettris is a word game. Letter blocks are dropped from the top of the screen. Letters must be placed on the playing field so that words will be recognized by the game dictionary. When a word is spelled correctly a score will be awarded. The game gets more difficult with each new level. From time to time bombs will be dropped helping to clear some unwanted letter blocks.
Chicken Invaders
Save the earth from invading chickens! Sometime in the near future, earth is invaded by chickens from another galaxy, bent on revenge against the human race for oppressing earth chickens! Take the world´s fate in your hands (or at least have an omelette) in this modern rendition of the 80´s classic. Advance through waves of invading chickens, avoiding falling eggs and collecting power-ups to boost your spaceship´s firepower. One or two players.
Operation Iraqi Poker
Each card reveals the name and title of each of the 55 most wanted individuals. In this version they have replaced one of the factual cards with the Iraqi Minister of Information, and the other with a mystery guest, who will only appear in a specially designated poker hand.
HangARoo
Guess the phrases by selecting letters to fill in the slots. If you make too many errors, you know what happens next - the cute Kangaroo will be earning his wings. Luckily, even if you do send the ´roo to the outback in the sky, you won´t feel too guilty. His wit and smart tongue will have you begging to kill him off.
